The Resort Villa is only available as a whole property, accommodating 14-18 guests, and offering exclusive use of our luxurious, landscaped gardens, spectacular views of the ocean & much more. Guests over 15-18 incur an additional nightly fee starting at $1,200. Rate is all-inclusive; meals, beverages, wines, champagne, cocktails, entertainment, transportation, activities, and more. The majority of our electric use come from our own solar field just 300m away from the property, with a 206kw system that generates all the power that The Resort Villa requires during daytime, including for air conditioning, the pools and the aquarium. Anchor points have been installed in the harbor to reduce coral damage.

With the growing demand for organic food – and the advantage of having rich soil and optimal weather conditions – The Resort Villa grows over 30 different varieties of vegetables and more than 30 types of fruit tree. The orchards are maintained by a team of specialists using a specially designed hydroponics system. As such, the freshest organic herbs, fruit and vegetables are enjoyed by guests. The Resort Villa covers 14,000m2 (3.46 acres), including 1,000m2 (10,763 ft²) of infinity (saltwater) pools, eight individual villas, 9 dining areas, 4 bars, home cinema, a fully equipped gym and spa, and a 15m aquarium, all run by a team of 60 full-time staff. The family-like hospitality will transform your holiday into treasured memories. We take you by boat to a nearby private beach for a beach BBQ and water activities including jet skis. Enjoy a day by our own private lake where our well-trained staff will provide access to water toys and teach how to use them for maximum enjoyment and safety. A gourmet menu is brought to you, lakeside, by our own food truck! Delight in our champagne buffet sunset tour on our big Boat (Kajsa) that is fully operated with captain and stewardess.

Many surprises await as each day has a “wow” element. Daily entertainment events are included in our all-inclusive packages. This includes fully decorated and themed dinners in various locations throughout the villa. Themed dinners are conducted in full costumes with authentic musicians, bands, and singers. Each appetizer/aperitif is guided with Jazz musicians and other style of music. Some of the themes include a Moroccan night under a tent, Thai, Mexican, and disco night!

Our aquarium is one of the 3 biggest fish tanks privately owned in the world! It measures 15m X 4m X 4m and holds 1,200 different fish. Some of our fish include Peach Anthias, Six-stripe Wrasse, Mandarin Dragonet, Saddleback Clownfish, Lined Surgeonfish, Banggai Cardinalfish, Two Spot Coby, Banded Coral Shrimp, and the Vlaming's Unicornfish.

With private chefs that create sumptuous dining menus inspired by fine French dining, Thai, and other Asian favorites, The Resort Villa invites guests to go on a divine gastronomical journey. The highly skilled culinary team and head chef draw on the abundance of the freshest homegrown produce, tropical fruits and spices to immerse you in an amazing culinary adventure. We collaborate with guests regarding menu options and provide ample opportunity to make any changes. We have the menu program finalized by the time guests arrive; we are happy to accommodate any small changes requested even after your arrival.

At our Serenity Spa, you can relax and reconnect to your body’s wellbeing, re-energizing your mind, body and soul through a series of transformative and personalized wellness therapies. Massages are included in our packages with various massage styles to choose from. Available at additional charge are facial treatments, manicures, pedicures and our cosmetics products. We avoid the use of plastics and chemicals. Our cosmetic products are Siam Botanical all naturally made and without any additional ingredients.

Our Luxury Cars Mercedes Carlson are Hybrid and our Resort Vehicles Electro for the short transportation of our guest here at the villa or to our own harbor to get on one of our boats. Also, newly build is our Helipad, just 2 minutes from our main entry Sala where we can pick up our guest with the electro mobile.

The Villas:

Villa 1 is a large 2-bedroom with ensuite bathrooms in 1658 ft² (154 m2). Sleeps 2 adults (king size master) & 2 children (queen size). It has an ocean and pool view. Featuring a private terrace, a private infinity saltwater pool (452 ft²) at upper deck, two televisions with Netflix and cable, walk-in wardrobe, indoor shower, and statement bathtub. Included are luxury bathroom amenities, hair dryer, hair straightener, luxury bathroom amenities, Wi-Fi, Sir-conditioning, Nespresso, Tea.
Villa 2 is 850 ft² (79 m2) with a large king size bedroom with ensuite. This villa has the option to add 1 queen size spare bed in order to sleep a maximum of 4 guests. Features an indoor and outdoor shower, bathtub and walk-in wardrobe. The living room provides direct access to the main saltwater pool and garden.
Villa 3 is 688 ft² (64 m2) with a large king size bedroom with ensuite. This villa has the option to add 1 queen size spare bed in order to sleep a maximum of 4 guests. Features walk-in wardrobe, shower, and bathtub with jacuzzi function. Provides direct access to the main saltwater pool and garden.
Villa 4 is 753 ft² (70 m2) with a large king size bedroom with ensuite. Features walk-in wardrobe, indoor and outdoor shower, saltwater pool, and outdoor jacuzzi. A living room is shared with Villa 5.
Villa 5 is 699 ft² (65 m2) with a large king size bedroom with ensuite. Features walk-in wardrobe, indoor and outdoor shower, saltwater pool, and outdoor jacuzzi. A living room is shared with Villa 4.
Villa 6 is 430 ft² (40 m2) with a large king size bedroom with ensuite. Features walk-in wardrobe, indoor and outdoor shower, saltwater pool, and outdoor jacuzzi. A living room is shared with Villa 7.
Villa 7 is 538 ft² (50 m2) with a large king size bedroom with ensuite. Features walk-in wardrobe, indoor and outdoor shower, saltwater pool, and outdoor jacuzzi. A living room is shared with Villa 6.
Villa 8 is 635 ft² ft² (59 m2) with a large king size bedroom with ensuite. Features walk-in wardrobe, indoor and outdoor shower, saltwater pool, and outdoor jacuzzi.

Located in the non-commercial region of Rayong Thailand, the whole property is a private haven that offers unforgettable experiences for those that seek a luxurious private getaway. Rayong is an eastern Thai province on the Gulf of Thailand, known for its national parks and beaches. On its south coast, the beach at Ban Phe is home to a fishing community and is the gateway to Koh Samet island, part of the Khao Laem Ya - Mu Ko Samet National Park. To the west, the long, flat Mae Ram Phueng beach offers panoramic views. Farther east, Laem Mae Phim beach has small waves and beachside restaurants.

The biggest fruit festival in Thailand is held in Rayong, the land of fruit. During the event, there are a lot of activities such as fruit competitions, decorated fruit parade, Miss fruit gardener contest, eating fruit competition, fruit exhibition, local fruit, concert and cultural performances. OTOP products are sold; OTOP stands for ‘One Tambon (meaning sub-district) One Product’. It is a local entrepreneurship stimulus program which aims to support the unique locally made and marketed products of each Thai tambon all over Thailand. Even before this festival begins, there are delicious open fruit buffets held at many orchards around Rayong. The fruit season is between the summer and rainy seasons in Thailand (May to July), and one of the best places to taste the freshest and best of Thai fruits is in Rayong province. The event aims to promote, and at the same time improve, the quality of fruits and vegetables in Rayong, while also supporting the people and farmers of Rayong and tourism to the province.

Rayong is served by U-Tapao International Airport (UTP) in Ban Chang District. It is approximately a 1.5 hours drive to The Resort Villa. Bangkok International Airport (BKK - Suvarnabhumi) is also an option and includes the possibility of accessing The Resort Villa via helicopter (60 minutes). The cost of the Heli transfer is approximately $5,500 on an EC-135. Guests who chose transfer by car, the drive is a little over 2 hours.
