This gorgeous 13,000 sq ft oceanfront property was completely remodeled in 2009 and features a double gate with semi-circular driveway and a beautiful re-landscaped garden with a new extensive, travertine tiled lanai.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a massage room (which can also be a guest room for 1) and a gym. The 4 bathrooms have been completely remodeled with limestone, custom Eco-cabinetry, state of the art concrete countertops with built-in sinks, imported fixtures with many shower features and glass tiles. The master bath has a new Jacuzzi tub with ocean views and a steam shower. One of the guest bathrooms even has a beautiful wall to wall skylight to watch the stars and sunrises! The kitchen was expanded (to 290 sq ft!) and transformed into a Culinary Art’s Delight with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, Eco-Teak custom cabinets and pantry, with all the cookware and utensils you only dream of! The exquisite eco-Décor is a blend of contemporary style with an island touch.

THE AREA
Lanikai is a charming Hawaii community with an "away from it all" feeling on the beautiful and cooler East side of the Island. Its uncrowded white sand beach is bordered by multi-million-dollar homes. The people are friendly. It is easy to understand why quite a few celebrities come here to enjoy its relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.

Lanikai has been voted best beach in the USA several times. It is a postcard! White powder-soft sand, turquoise water and coco palms. The beach is very uncrowded, except for a few holidays during the year. A great place for snorkeling or just letting the sun soothe you.

Kailua Beach is great for active people. This 5 mile-long stretch of golden sand borders a 35 acres public park with amenities for picnicking, a freshwater stream and pine trees for the shade. Popular things to do here include jogging and windsurfing. You can also rent a canoe and paddle to the nearby Mokulua Islands.

There are many more fun beaches within a short driving distance. Makapuu Beach, at 15 minutes, is great for its waves, this is a good place for surfers and bodysurfers. Hanauma Bay, at 20 minutes, is very famous for its snorkeling.
