Inside, a gourmet kitchen, outfitted with high-end appliances including a Sub-Zero built-in refrigerator and 6-burner Wolf gas stove, offers ocean views of its own. Stop by the docks in Lahaina and pick up some fresh fish for a sunset barbecue in your own backyard with your built-in Viking grill. For indoor dining, a formal dining area is situated in the open space between the kitchen and media room, where a comfortable sectional sofa invites you to enjoy a movie after a day in the sun or watch your favorite ball game on the huge, flat screen television.

The five bedrooms in the main home feature flat screen TVs, king beds and designated bath, offering the perfect accommodations for large families or friends traveling together. Four of the main home bedrooms feature sliding doors and personal lanai areas that face the pool. Two master bedrooms on either end of the home feature an additional stone-enclosed alfresco shower. A convenient powder room sits off the main hallway, next to a full-size and fully-stocked laundry room.

Separated from the main home, a secluded pool cabana is furnished as a sixth bedroom with its own half bathroom inside and an alfresco shower. Although you’ll feel miles away, you’re just a short 5 minute drive to the best restaurants, shops and galleries of famous Front Street in Lahaina. Behind the giant Banyan Tree is the Lahaina dock where you can catch a ferry to Lana’i for the day, or take a snorkel trip or whale watching tour.

If you’re looking to explore some of Maui’s 81 beaches, start with Ka’anapali Beach just up the road, where cliff divers light torches along the cliff and take their nightly swan dive into the sea. A mile long beach walk meanders behind several resorts along this beach. This is also one of the best places on the island to dine on the water.
