The open floor plan includes a spacious great room with ample seating around a 65″ curved television and breathtaking views beyond a wall of pocket doors that lead to a covered lanai outfitted with automatic solar shades. A state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen with 6-burner Wolf gas range and Sub Zero refrigerator is highlighted with a wall of sliding windows that disappear into the wall opening up an indoor/outdoor counter that is ideal for entertaining. The dining area with extra large dining table perfect for special celebrations, borders the media room with its own 60″ flat screen television.

Designed for casual comfort, the open floor plan is perfect for a grand gathering. Professionally decorated and stylized with custom furniture, accented with local wave art printed on metal for a contemporary, ocean theme throughout.

Private bedrooms allow guests to choose from six fabulously-decorated suites, including two master bedrooms in the main villa plus two private pool cabanas that offer extra privacy providing comfortable sleeping accommodations for 12 guests. The Study includes a queen size sofa bed for an additional two guests.

Each bedroom suite offers guests their own private bathroom. The two master suites and pool cabanas feature an enclosed outdoor garden shower off their main baths. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided.

Five of the six bedrooms have sliding doors that open onto a covered lanai with spectacular ocean views. Each bed features a Bellagio mattress and six to eight pillows for a relaxing night’s sleep.

The home’s central air conditioning system is designed with individual controls in each bedroom to adjust the temperature for your personal comfort.

Outside, under the covered lanai, relax and take in the view of the endless ocean and sky beyond a row of fox tail palms as tiki torches dance in the balmy breeze. A covered tiki bar with built-in Viking grill and outdoor fire pit complete the pool area to create a setting that beats any resort on Maui!
