This brand new architectural Hollywood Hills home, designed by a former student of Frank Gehri, is for people who love the serenity of nature and yet want to be close to all the culture a buzzing of a city like Hollywood has to offer.

It features a large 1000 sq.ft. living room with 20 foot ceilings. Large sliding doors open to a private 800 sq.ft. deck that includes a work out pool. The house and deck have gorgeous views of the park above and the City beneath. The centerpiece of the living room is a large 16' kitchen island that makes it fun to hang out, entertain or cook. Of course there are high-end appliances throughout. Though modernistic and simple in design the custom made Balinese furniture adds warmth and makes you feel home right away.

The master bedroom has a beautiful semi-open bathroom with a sexy walk-in shower, designer bathtub by Phillipe Starck and his/her sinks.  Walk from the master into a luscious gallery and library that looks down to the living room and over the city - a place to read and check your e-mails.

The second guest suite gives you a feeling of privacy and space, features a beautiful bathroom with a large walk in rain-shower as well as city views from its balcony.
