Chalet at Canyons Ranch is a Luxury 7 Bedroom Chalet with all of the Bells and Whistles of a 5 Star Resort, sleeping up to 24 guests this house boasts 8,600 Sq. feet, heated driveway and walkways, 30 foot ceiling in great room, baby-grand piano, sculptures and custom wood carvings, theater / sports bar with copper and black iron bar, and snowboarding is allowed. This makes for the best of both luxury and amazing family vacations.

Located in the World Renowned Canyons Ranch Resort, the Village Shops are conveniently and centrally located in Canyons Resort Village, all within walking distance. You almost feel like you have been transported in time, with this very quaint and welcoming Village, offering families a lovely selection of options.

The Chalet has one of the best placements, with ski in and out access. As you enter, you find your eyes drawn to the beautiful hardwoods and designer decor. The Great Room with it's warming fireplace and pool table, great for spending nights with family and friends, as well as the views from the beautiful glass windows that seem to run throughout the house in harmony, melting the interior with the fantastic mountain setting. It's no wonder that Top CEO's and Luxury clientele have come back year after year.

The Chalet Boats A Master Suite with King Bed and En-Suite bathroom, a bathroom any woman would love with large walk in shower and tub. There are also two Queen Jr. Suites, Two Queen Guest Suites, and 2 Bunk rooms with 1 Queen/Full bed and 3 Twin beds, private patio, view garden and a the Second with 1 Queen/Full bed and 1 Twin bed. Together they sleep 24 guests. Done beautifully, the owner will make sure everything you need is taken care of.

In the Gourmet Kitchen you will find an array of Wolf Appliances and Sub Zero Refrigerator. It's simply done to the luxury travelers taste, with hard woods and granites and some of the best materials money can buy. Fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, you'll find this kitchen is perfect for those who love to entertain at home.

No Luxury Chalet would be complete without a Theater and this theater has reclining seats, it's own microwave and frig. It's setup for those kids within us or those kids we bring with us. A charming addition for a family that travels together and enjoys quiet time at home, with a box of popcorn and a great late night comedy. Choose from our selection or bring your own.

Outside you'll find heated driveway and pathway to an outdoor hot-tub. A great treat after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. With views of the Resort and mountains, what better way to wrap up the perfect Skiing Vacation.

Maximum 27 occupants - noncompliance can be terms for immediate eviction

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $6,000 will be required with the final payment to be applied to any damage or theft to the property. If cost of damage or theft exceeds the security deposit, Guests agrees to pay the difference. Guests security deposit will be refunded in full within 5 business days of departure provided all the following conditions are met:

No damage is done to the house, its contents or exterior property

No linens or household items are missing

No early check-in or late check-out (unless agreed upon between Proprietors and Guest)

Check-out procedures have been followed

No pets have been on premises or $1,000 Fine and Eviction

No smoking has occurred on premises

No extra guests staying/sleeping on premises - $500/day/extra guest

Clean-up time by maintenance staff does not exceed 8 hours
