This ski-in/ski-out luxury home is located on a private wooded lot in a gated community on the slopes of Canyons Resort. The entire home is solidly constructed using reclaimed woods. One hundred fifty year-old railroad trusses reclaimed from the Great Salt Lake are secured by oversized steel plates, rods and anchors. The cabinets are from a dead myrtle wood forest in Oregon. The floors are circle-cut trestle wood, and the exterior siding of the home is reclaimed barn wood from California. Quartzite stone, colorful terrazzo caste concrete, and granite add to the home’s distinct personality. Guests enjoy a gourmet kitchen, theater room, pool table, private hot tub and spacious living areas with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Complimentary shuttle service takes you to Main Street Park City, located less than 10 minutes away.
