Tropical Brigantine Luxury, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina Vacation Rental

This home is truly number one by all estimates. Encompassing over 5100 square feet, this home is the ideal location for your next getaway! The Evans Group of Orlando, Florida, designer of homes for Tiger Woods, Barry Bonds, and Mark Martin, designed the house. The house has been professionally decorated in a tropical West Indies style, and is the ultimate in luxury for a multi-family vacation, corporate meeting, or large golf outing. This house has an open floor plan featuring 8 bedrooms and 7 baths, a luxury kitchen, dining and breakfast areas, 4 gathering areas, and multiple decks.

Special highlights include a very private pool, set in a courtyard, with a wading area, fountains, an infinity edge with waterfall, and a large spa. Adjacent to the pool are sundecks and a Tiki bar. The beach is only a 3-4 minute walk from the house!

The first floor features twelve-foot tray ceilings, lovely columns and arches, and Saturnia floors. The entrance has a double height foyer leading to a 22-foot high living room and spectacular views of the pool. The kitchen is fit for a gourmet chef with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a wide assortment of cooking and serving pieces. The Leisure room with its large TV is in continuity with the kitchen, breakfast bar and breakfast area, and looks directly out to the pool through large sliding glass doors.

Besides the Tiki bar with its serving area, grill area, and refrigerator, there is also an interior serving bar with refrigerator and a pass-through to the pool deck. The first floor master suite is luxury itself, with a sitting area, king size bed, TV, DVD player, couch, large closets, and a fabulous master bath with Saturnia covered vanities, a whirlpool tub, and large glass shower. There is another first floor bedroom with a queen bed with adjoining bath (shower only) close to the pool deck entrance. The pantry and utility area with a washer and dryer adjoins the kitchen and a separate butler’s pantry serves the dining room.

Two additional bedrooms are located off the leisure room. The 1st has a king bed, TV/DVD player, and private deck with a pool view. A private bathroom has a tub/shower combination (can also access from hall). The 4th bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player, chair and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second floor has spectacular views down into the foyer and living room and out to the pool from a sitting/reading loft area and bridge walk. The 5th bedroom has 2 queen beds, TV, chair, decorative fireplace, and door to deck. The private bathroom has a large shower. The 6th bedroom has a king bed, TV, door to deck, and bathroom with a shower only (shares with 7th bedroom). The 7th bedroom has 2 twin beds, door to deck, and shares a bathroom.

The last bedroom has 2 queen beds, TV, and 2 decks. A private bathroom has a tub/shower combination (can also access from hall). The reading loft has a pull out sofa bed, which can be opened when needed. The media room is the center of activity on the second floor with its large screen television, DVD and built in sound system. A large sun deck on the second floor is connected to the pool deck by an outdoor circular staircase. And…just in case the laundry builds up, there is a second washer and dryer on the second floor!
