There is a flatscreen TV, two sofas, and two armchairs, offering plenty of seating for everyone! The completely renovated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and eat-in bar with seating for two. The dining room, located just off the kitchen bar, has a large table with seating for six.

The master bedroom has a King bed, flatscreen TV, and private en-suite bathroom with double vanities and beautiful walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King bed, flatscreen TV, and shares the hall bath that has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has two Full beds and flatscreen TV. This bedroom shares the hall bath as well.

The outside amenities include a large, fenced in patio. This Hilton Head home is approximately a 3 minute walk to the beach.
