This second row home has all the amenities for a perfect family vacation. The home features 6 bedrooms each with a full bath, ocean views from the second floor living area, an elevator, oversized pool and convenient beach access across the street from the front of the house. Extra amenities at no additional cost include Apple TVs, and Premium TV channels (HBO, Epix and Starz).

The first floor features include 10 foot ceilings, a family room with flatscreen TV and DVD player that opens to a porch and decking that leads to the pool, four bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin bunk beds, and 2 full bunk beds) all with TVs. The bedroom with the full bunk beds opens to a porch overlooking the pool and the king bedroom opens to a porch overlooking the pool. The 1st floor also has a half bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The second floor features include, ocean views from several rooms, high ceilings, hearts of pine flooring, 2 decks (front with ocean view, back overlooking the pool), a half bath, oversized kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV and a table that seats 8, dining room with a round table that sits 10 comfortably, a large family room with two large sofas, decorative fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD , and 2 master bedrooms, each with flat screen TV and access to the back deck and oversized bathrooms that include separate showers and whirlpool tubs.

The large pool area features a table with umbrella and chairs and seven lounge chairs. The deck off the kitchen includes table and chairs and a propane gas grill. All the porches have rocking chairs and fans.
