There is a flat screen TV with DVD player plus a private bath with shower only. There are privacy doors for this room. Guests will enjoy ocean views from the remodeled kitchen which has a large marble island with bar seating for four, stainless steel appliances and a sitting area off the kitchen with seating for three. The lovely dining room seats eight.

The master bedroom, also located on the first floor has a king bed, reading chair, flat screen TV and access to the deck. There is a private bath with large shower and separate tub with walk-in closet.

Nineteen steps go up to the second floor. The second bedroom has two twins and an armoire with flat screen TV. There is a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is the second master, which has a king bed, flat screen TV with DVD, desk and sitting area. There is a large private bath with a separate shower and tub. Enjoy lovely ocean views from the balcony. The final bedroom also has a king bed, flat screen TV, sitting area and a private bath with separate shower and tub. Enjoy ocean views from the balcony access.

The comfortable screened in porch is located off the kitchen and has a couch, two chairs and a table for two. Guests can access the pool. The pool is situated on a large wooden deck. The pool is six steps down from the deck and features three lounge chairs and four regular chairs.
