Jim is a local legend, having been here since the 70's he has traveled the world collecting his favorite drink recipes and has brought them all back here to serve us the best poolside cocktails/mock-tails/kids frozen drinks and has now partnered with Backyard Restaurant for amazing lunch served daily. The private beach access is located just passed the pools. Coligny Plaza is the original 'downtown' of Hilton Head and features 25 specialty shops, 24 restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store and tons of fun.
