Plus it is conveniently located third row on the beach path! Seven steps lead to the entrance taking you into a large open living area with travertine flooring throughout. The kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has two bar areas with 3 barstools at each. One bar overlooks the dining room table that seats 8 and the other bar overlooks the breakfast room table that seats 6. The living room has a large sectional sofa, 2 upholstered chairs, a large flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and a decorative fireplace. There are 2 doors leading to the pool area with a teak dining table for 6 with plenty of seating and lounge chairs to relax by the pool. There is a direct trail from the pool area that takes you right to the beach path.

All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and all bathrooms feature granite countertops and tiled showers. The first bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, doors to the pool area and a private bathroom with a tub, shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom mirrors the first bedroom and has the same set-up. The third bedroom has a king bed with a TV and a private bathroom with a tub, shower and walk-in closet. Fourteen steps lead up to the 2nd floor where you will find 3 more bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a seating area that overlooks the downstairs living room with a loveseat and 2 rocking chairs. The fifth bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom and the sixth bedroom has 2 twin beds with a private bathroom as well.
