Summer Cottage Nantucket, St Tropez, kalakfjoaoejm Vacation Rental

Built with fine attention to detail and situated so that just about every room takes in the ocean views, this lovely Nantucket oasis set down a private drive is a wonderful spot to call home for the summer. The layout is ideal for privacy yet offers several living spaces inside and out to gather for meals and visiting. Beautifully appointed and furnished interior and a beach path leading down to the shoreline makes this summer rental a very special oceanfront offering. Pool being added for the 2018 season.

First Floor: From the first floor side-deck, a foyer leads into the welcoming living room which is large and light-filled, with many windows to take in the ocean views, in addition to French doors leading out to the front-facing deck. At the far end of the room is a dining table for eight guests. One step down is a powder room and an office as well as the kitchen with Caesarstone countertops, a six-burner Viking gas range, SubZero refrigerator and center island with seating. Beyond, and down one more step, is the family room with French doors leading out to the yard. The sunroom is an extension of the family room, surrounded in windows and a wonderful spot to spend time throughout the day or into the evening hours.

Second Floor: The four bedrooms are very private and are accessed by three separate staircases. The first one is four stairs which stem from the main living area, which leads to two bedrooms; the one to the right is smaller and has two twin beds with an ensuite shower bathroom. The one to the left is spacious and also has two twin sized beds and en ensuite shower bathroom. A second staircase, closer to the dining table, leads to a private suite with a sitting area, balcony to take in the ocean views, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a tub and separate shower. The final staircase, which is near the office/kitchen area, leads up to the master suite which has a king sized bed, walk in closet, ensuite shower bathroom and a private deck with sweeping ocean views, in addition to a Juliette balcony which looks down upon the driveway at the front of the property.
