A Cinema, and fantastic game room.  The house also includes a spectacular sound system which makes movie viewing and late nights at home more enjoyable for the entire family.

There are 9 beautiful bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms within the house, which means you don’t have to leave anyone behind this time when visiting Orlando. The house comes well equipped with large TV in media room, lots of seating, your choice of hairdryers, and clock radios.

Additionally there is a large laundry with 2 washing machines, 2 clothes dryers, ironing board & iron. The office in the house includes a computer, printer, fax, and scanner. There is also Wi-Fi internet access and free telephone calls within the USA. If you are worried about your valuables, we have also installed a great and secure wall safe and have a monitored security alarm.

What most people enjoy about this fabulous house is sitting outside with family and friends.  Our pool is 42 X 18 and includes a kids pool which is perfect for small children.  Your eyes will be visually stimulated with the Tumbling Waterfalls, Spa, hot-tub, and a superb 74ft pool deck. There are also plenty of comfortable sun loungers., 16 diners, 30 ft covered lanai. Separate BBQ area, gas & charcoal. As a bonus there is an extra sunbathing terrace.  The house is very private, not overlooked. There are only views of lake and trees at rear. There is a circular driveway for numerous cars. The house is state licensed for 16 guests.
