This fabulous home is nestled on a quiet spot just inside the Liberty Bluff section of the Reunion Resort commanding a spectacular view across the Arnold Palmer course, one of three PGA courses Reunion is home offers to the Reunion Grande Hotel. The main house is separated from the self contained guest suite by a large private pool deck complete with heated pool, spa and water feature. All bedrooms include a flat screen TV and the home offers Wi-Fi.

On the ground floor of the main house is a King-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest powder room, an open plan living area incorporating comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a wall of windows with beautiful views across the golf course and opens onto the ground floor rear furnished patio area perfect for that evening cocktail whilst watching the sun set. On the first floor overlooking the courtyard is a queen-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and to the rear is the large King-size master suite, a truly unique room with it's timber vaulted ceiling, large ensuite bathroom including a sunken jacuzzi bath, multi head walk in shower and tapestry wall decor. From the bedroom and bathroom you can access the private balcony and probably some of Reunion's best views.

The large paved pool deck has ample dining and lounging space and includes a heated pool, spa and cascading water feature. The aspect of this home allows the sun on the deck for most of the day.

Separated for the main house, perfect for inlaws or older children wanting some privacy is the guest suite and games room. The ground floor games room includes a pool table, air hockey and high top seating which will provide hours of entertainment for the children or family tournaments. On the first floor there is a living area which includes a kitchenette, dining, and comfortable furniture including a sofa bed and flat screen TV separated from the King-size bedroom and bathroom.

Situated in the Liberty Bluff division of the Reunion Resort overlooking one of the three PGA golf courses makes this a perfect location. Reunion is probably the most prestigious rental community in Central Florida having every amenity that you could want to make yours a memorable vacation from restaurants, bars, swimming pools, 3 PGA golf courses, spa and water park though membership is required for certain amenities. The resort is also ideally situated for all the major parks, Disney, Universal & SeaWorld with many local attractions situated on the US192 a ten minute drive away. The main entrance is only two minutes from I4 giving easy access to both the Gulf and Atlantic coast lines for great beaches. Just outside the resort you will find a selection of stores, shops and take aways to meet you day to day requirements.
