Crescent Villa III is directly opposite Crescent Villa IV and side by side with Crescent Villa II. It has a fantastic lake view, offers fishing in the lake right from your back yard and enjoys all day sunshine. These side-by-side vacation homes are by far our most popular and if you have a large group you can be assured of quality accommodation and personal service, close to the attractions of Orlando.

Crescent Lakes is located in Kissimmee, a quiet, up-market residential area that offers an excellent mix of vacation and residential homes - making it a very safe community to live in.

Crescent Lakes is a beautiful and very well kept community, peaceful and quiet, with idyllic and relaxing views. It also offers lots of recreational facilities such as basketball courts, tennis courts, softball areas, children's play areas, and nature reserves behind the community for beautiful and scenic walks. It also offers privacy with extra-large plots, most with perfect lake views.

As you may have guessed by the name, Crescent Lakes has numerous lakes throughout the community all of which are stocked full of fish. As a guest you are welcome to fish in any of the lakes in the area. Having a lake in your back yard is perfect for the kids and you can watch them from the Pool deck. Wildlife is all around, and is a joy to see.

Crescent Lakes is a very short drive from the various supermarkets, takeaways and activities of Orlando. This convenient location is only 15-20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios and 20 minutes from Sea World and the famous International Drive. The International Convention centre is around 25 minutes from our vacation homes on Crescent lakes and is an ideal place to retreat at the end of a long day.
