This fantastic home has a great floor plan which includes two king-size master suites on the ground floor, one to the front of the home with the bathroom having a walk in shower and one at the rear both having a tub and walk in shower which also access the pool deck and so offers convenience as a pool bathroom. The living area is open plan and spacious with a formal dining area, family area with sectional sofa and accent chairs from which to enjoy the large flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter work surfaces which include a breakfast bar for casual dining all overlooking the outdoor living area which can be accessed from the patio doors. At the front of the home is a games room with pool table, foosball, darts, pin ball machine, high top seating, Wall mounted TV and games console making it a great space for the whole family to enjoy hours of entertainment.

Upstairs is a loft area which provides a second seating area with comfortable sectional sofa. The loft is surrounded by six more bedrooms, a queen-size bedroom and one with two twin size beds share a jack n jill style bedroom with a walk in shower. Two further queen size bedrroms and two each having two twin beds are served by two family bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and twin vanities and the other having a tub/shower combination. There is a dedicated movie theatre with a large wall mounted screen, projector, sectional sofa and recliners providing a great space for adults, children and families to enjoy.

Outside the pool deck provides a large covered dining area, the perfect space for those al fresco meals and relaxing evenings. The heated pool and spa is surrounded by lounging space for those wanting to top up their tan.
