This opulent 9,800 square foot 4 bedroom 5 bath villa is located in the Estates section of Marco Island. Villa Bliss is just off Robert's Bay, a quick out to the Caxambas Pass and Gulf of Mexico. From here it's an easy drive down Winterberry to the sand and sea of our famed South Marco Beach.

Towering palms sway as you pass through the epic stone entrance with its heavy wrought iron doors to a place of old world splendor. The two story ceiling absolutely soars. Massive fireplace and over mantel suggest the days of knights and ladies, while gold silk furnishings tell you money has never been an object here.

Sliding glass doors open to the heated freeform pool with hot spa and waterway beyond. Hire a chef to prepare fresh grilled Florida shrimp or steaks at the stone summer kitchen with upholstered outdoor seating. Enjoy dinner in the formal dining room with art glass chandelier; or revel in the beauty of the true gourmet kitchen with illuminated tray ceiling and marble counter with comfortable linen and wood seating; and pool-view table for six.

The upper lanai offers luxury seating and restful views of golden, romantic sunsets dripping over Cape Marco. Keep tabs on business among the dramatic dark woods of the executive den. Take time to play as well; the billiards hall features an extraordinary carved table, wet bar and HDTV; lose yourself to viewing pleasures in the cutting edge modern theater with hearty sectional seating and sleeper pullout for the lads.

Like the lord and lady of any great manor, we open our doors to the public for a limited time each year; a maximum of 10 weeks annually.
