Casativa, a newly renovated four-bedroom home is located on the beach and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The home features travertine flooring and plush carpeting, all in a relaxing palette of sandy beige, taupes and subtle yellow with 3,346 square feet of living space. Also enjoy the many activities and amenities that the Resort has to offer. The living space features a new large screen television and DVD player in an open floor plan, with a vaulted ceiling. The chef-style kitchen offers new appliances and counter seating and the dining room table seats 10.

Large sliding doors open onto a comfortably furnished lanai with a view of the pool, beach and magnificent sunsets. The home features 3 master bedrooms, each with a private balcony, ensuite bath and television. The 4th bedroom offers a great space for children with two twin beds and a ground floor walkout. The vaulted ceilings continue throughout both upper floor master bedrooms and a loft area that provides a comfortable sleeping area with a pull-out sofa. After a day at the beach, you can unwind in relaxing lounges and enjoy the pool and hot tub in a tropical beachfront setting.

An outdoor grill is also provided for your enjoyment. Please note that the temperature of the pool/hot tub varies depending on our weather. If temperatures drop, the pool heaters are not equipped to heat the pool/hot tub at low temperatures. During the day (as the sun comes out), and the temperature gets warmer, the pool/hot tub temperature will also begin to get warmer.

It is important to note that based on the weather the pool heater's recovery time can vary and may take 12+hrs to re-heat the pool/hot tub. No credits, discounts, and/or rate adjustments can be granted for such situations that are beyond our control. Also enjoy the many activities and amenities that the Resort has to offer. This home may be reserved for a minimum of 5 nights and accommodates up to 10 guests
