An open living area with comfortable sectional seating, contemporary decor, and a flat-panel television opens onto sliding doors that lead to the screened lanai overlooking the Gulf and turquoise pool below. Off the greatroom, this home features multiple bedroom options that include three with king-sized beds, three with queen-sized beds, and three with twin beds to accommodate even the smallest guests. For convenience, there are two separate mini-refrigerators to accommodate guests throughout the home, as well as additional lounge areas, and a large entertainment area on the bottom floor that opens up to the pool with two flat-screen TVs, ample seating, and a small bar.

All guests will enjoy the many activities and amenities that South Seas Island Resort has to offer from this expansive home which accommodates up to 18 guests.

The temperature of the pool/hot tub varies depending on our weather. If temperatures drop, the pool heaters are not equipped to heat the pool/hot tub at low temperatures. During the day (as the sun comes out), and the temperature gets warmer, the pool/hot tub temperature will also begin to get warmer. It is important to note that based on the weather the pool heater’s recovery time can vary and may take 12+hrs to re-heat the pool/hot tub.
