You will have "No Worries" during your stay at Captiva Luxury Cottage on Captiva Island. As you arrive up the winding drive way, you'll see the beautiful home appear just after the private heated pool. On the ground level, there is garage access and an elevator that will take you up to the main level or top floor. The main level of the home features a spacious living and sitting area, newly renovated kitchen with high end cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. There are large sliding doors leading out to a huge deck and calming views over the mangroves out to the Roosevelt Channel. Also on the main level are three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king beds with the other guest bedrooms having a queen bed as well as two twins that may be converted to a king bed upon request. All three bedrooms on the main level feature en-suite bathrooms. On the second level is a huge master bedroom suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a private deck. On the opposite end of the floor is another guest suite with two twin beds. Captiva Luxury Cottage features a total of 7 TV's each equipped with AppleTV and Chromecast. 3 - 55" TV's and 4 - 40" TV's along with office tools such as a fax machine and high speed wireless internet.

Beach access is very convenient as you have a path just across Captiva Drive that leads directly to the sand. The owner of Captiva Luxury Cottage provides beach equipment (at least two beach chairs and an umbrella) as well as beach towels provided by our resort style linen service. Stay for a week or longer ... bring your boat or rent one while you're here and have at least a week of Captiva Luxury Cottage or "No Worries". In addition to the standard two beach chairs and one umbrella, the owner includes eight additional beach chairs, four kids beach chairs, two beach wagons, beach toys, shelling gear, beach mats/sheets and three additional umbrellas with anchors. While all of those items aren't always guaranteed due to wear and tear, we'll always attempt to keep the stock as accurate as possible to provide the best guest experience.

Captiva Luxury Cottage will accommodate up to 10 guests and rents for at least one week all year round. You'll even have use of four fishing poles and basic tackle. There is a boat dock available to use, however, the lift is not available guest use and a boat may be on the lift. The boat is not available rental or guest use. Make getting to the beach even easier with our golf cart to get you up and down the drive way to shuttle guests and beach equipment
