On the main living level you will find a living area with cathedral ceilings, an expansive gourmet kitchen with high end granite counter tops with wine chiller, bar area, the large master bedroom suite, one guest suite with two twin beds, full bathroom accessible from the living area or twin bedroom as well as a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen and dining areas as well as the master bedroom suite all open up to the screen enclosed lanai overlooking the private pool.

The master bedroom suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub large enough for two, a glass and tile oversized shower, dual sink vanity, walk-in closet and a separate commode. A private stairway leads you from the master bedroom suite to the private pool!

The second, or upper level of the home features two additional bedrooms each with their own private en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a king sized bed while the other spacious bedroom has a king bed as well as twin bunk beds with safety stairs, comfortably sleeping up to four guests in the one room.
