Huge new dock and tiki – perfect for sunbathing or just enjoying that cocktail with the River breezes. When you enter, the view goes on for several miles of river is breathtaking and as close as Cape Coral gets by boat to the Gulf and Sanibel Island. Two equally impressive upper floor master bedroom suites each with large marble and granite lined bathrooms and fantastic water views on separate wings of house. Third bedroom with king size bed, adjoining bathroom, great waterviews and doors opening onto pool. The fourth and fifth bedrooms with queen size beds – one with view of pool and one on second floor.

There is a spacious, well equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances adjoining second living room. The seven televisions – one in each bedroom and DVD players including flat wide screen HD TV’s in living rooms make any child (young or old) smile. It’s nice to be able to watch what you want while on vacation.

Large electrically heated disappearing edge salt water swimming pool and spa, then as a bonus the 26ft motorboat with twin 150HP four stroke Yamaha outboards – perfect for the serious boater!
