the Punto del Este is one of the largest 3 story homes in Cape Coral located in the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral and has spacious waterfront. It is equipped to the very highest standard. The lanai as well as all balconies have southern exposure. The pool area unlike many of the homes on the Point, is not hidden away. It has full exposure to the elements and a wonderful view from every angle. You can even see the Dolphins playing in the bay.

The Punto del Este has 6 bedrooms en-suites (2 master suites) and 5.5 half baths. On the second floor you have the large gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, the living room with large flat screen TV and surround system, a bar. The two master suites have flat screen TVs. The owner's flair for Italy has inspired truly welcoming decor and very luxurious amenities. Lovely linens and a full house of towels and sheets, ready for those seeking more to do during their stay. You have outdoor grilling, outdoor dining, a pool table, what else can anyone ask for?

The Luxurious Kitchen is great for even the most talented chefs and is very well equipped. Next to the kitchen you have a an additional breakfast nook for those early morning and a cup of coffee with the perfect sunrise. Additionally you have an office and WI-FI internet access in the entire house.

On the third floor you have a game room with gorgeous view onto the riverThe lanai is equipped with pool furniture, sun chairs and a BBQ grill. The pool and spa are electric heated. You can use one of both boat lifts, just ask us about renting a boat for the week with your home.
