Cape Modern Vacation Rental is a 5 bedroom Cape Coral Villa in Florida is a stunning east facing riverfront home located between Cape Coral bridge in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The new owners made this into a modern oasis the likes of which you wouldn't see in Miami Beach, with 5,300 square feet of living area, open floor plan - this home has it all to be your perfect vacation home. Overlooking the water where you can easily jump onto a boat and enjoy the beautiful views.

It has 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, with wonderful modern decor throughout . The open high standard kitchen with its stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is very well equipped. Downstairs is one junior suite with adjoining bath. The other 4 bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a ten seat movie theater and a full size sauna. BBQ and WIFI are certainly provided. Pool and spa are electric heated. The house will be rented with a 24 ft Hurricane boat.

Weekly rate which includes the rent of the home, boat, boat orientation, entire electric usage and cleaning. We can also arrange a cook if you would like or tour of the area, wonderful things to be had.
