Escapia Villas are truly a special experience and family friendly beach rentals, comprised of 2 beach front rentals units on 1 unique and spacious property. Relax and soak up the scenery at this idyllic Indian Rocks Beach getaway which sits directly in the sand with a gorgeous view of the ocean.

Family friendly beach rentals, the 3-bedroom, two-story house, which can sleep up to 10 guests sits in front of the second house. Built in the 1920's, the unifying theme throughout, is the original hardwood trim.

Escapia Villas feature a completely redone kitchen with granite countertops, custom made cabinetry, new appliances and a breakfast bar. The living room has a functional fireplace and unobstructed views of the Gulf and also flows into the dining room. Off the living room is a private den. Lots of natural light captivate the charm of the Villas. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, including the oversized master suite. Facing the Gulf of Mexico, the master has sweeping views from its many windows, plus a sitting area where you can unwind and experience the bliss.

The sitting area also has a sleeper/sofa. Perhaps the best feature of the property is the large lanai. This is where outdoor living captures the essence of beachfront living with cozy decor and dining area. This is where you experience the pristine views of the Gulf, mixed with the magnificent sea of pines, sea oats and other native foliage.

For those who need more privacy, Escapia Villas sit back and have two floors, each with its own private entrance. Downstairs features a full kitchen, sitting area, queen bed and full bath. Upstairs offers a sitting balcony with unobstructed views of the beach. Inside consists of 2 twin beds, shower bath and some kitchen appliances. Lots of private parking and within walking distance to many restaurants and water activities, Weddings and special occasions can be held with no more than 50 guests attending the event.
