Located in Pompano Beach, an 8-minute drive from Pompano Beach and 0.9 miles from Pompano City Centre, Nautical Dream offers a wonderful boat watching setting on South Florida’s Intracoastal. This self-catered vacation home has a private saltwater pool, a garden, grill facilities, free WiFi, AC and free private parking.

The vacation home comes with 4 Bedrooms plus a kids Bedroom, 3 bathrooms, Hi-def TV's in all bedrooms with Cable TV channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with fabulous water views.

Nautical Dream is a two-level 2,900 sq. ft. house with an internal spiral staircase and dramatic 15 ft. open beam ceilings. Upstairs is a master suite and bathroom, two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom, a new open-space kitchen, dining area, living room with a state-of-the-art 4k 65” curved TV, and Florida room (with a desk and day bed). There is also an outside upper deck. This combination provides a great upstairs area for entertaining and watching the boating action on the Intracoastal.

Nautical Dream, located in Pompano Beach, a Key West style house (built on stilts) and since been remodeled to enclose the entire structure. It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac 90 feet from the Intracoastal on Santa Maria Waterway. Why is this important?

If you love watching boats this is the house for you. Our location is only ¼ mile from the Hillsboro Inlet. This means that hundreds of boats must pass by Nautical Dream to get out to the Atlantic Ocean for fishing, diving, and other water activities. The next available access to the ocean is 12 miles south at Ft. Lauderdale (Stranahan River Inlet) or 8 miles north to Boca Raton (Boca Raton Inlet). And, Nautical Dream is in a no-wake zone—so boats must slow down and pass under 10 MPH. This reduces boating traffic noise experienced on other parts of the Intracoastal. Also, Freeport, one of the western-most islands of the Bahamas is only 50 miles east from our location; Nassau (the capitol of the Bahamas) is 120 miles east. Many boats that you see are headed out to island hop in the Bahamas. And, yes, you can bring your own boat, rent a boat or charter a boat for day trips that can pick you up at your own dock. How about an evening cruise to a nice restaurant on the Intracoastal returning back to your own dock? Maybe a shopping trip up and down South Florida by boat instead of car?

Nautical Dream also has a north/south exposure. So, any time during the day you have shady areas facing the waterway and Intracoastal and can enjoy being outside without too much subtropical sun.

Nautical Dream is Less than 1 mile to restaurants, grocery stores (Publix and Whole Foods), pharmacies, movie theaters, banks, and restaurants. It is 2 miles from North Ocean Park, a beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach and 2.7 miles from Hillsboro Inlet Park (by car) where boats are leaving the Intracoastal for the Atlantic Ocean or vice versa.

The dock is available for your boat but please make arrangements with The Finest Retreats prior to docking your boat here. The 70' boat dock is available for guests but an insurance waiver is required. Fishing is also permitted from the boat dock—so you can turn the kids loose and read a good book while they catch dinner.
