Set in the Highlands complex near Beaver Creek Village, the three-bedroom villa is close to both the Centennial lift and the children’s gondola and ski school, so both experienced and beginner skiers will find it easy to hit the slopes. In the evenings, relax in the welcoming great room or shop, dine and skate in the nearby village.

Guests of 21 Highlands Lane have access to the community’s shared hot tub and heated swimming pool, perfect for a soak after a long day. For cozier evenings in, gather around the fireplace or TV in the villa’s great room, or send the kids upstairs to play with the PlayStation 2 in one of the bedrooms. If you’re visiting during the summer, spend the evening around the barbecue on the villa’s back deck.

The great room’s vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace and large windows have ski-cabin style with a sophisticated twist. There’s plenty of room for everyone on the roll-arm sectional and suede armchairs, and a tufted leather ottoman and floral rug add polish. The dining area, set a few steps above the living area, pairs a weighty wooden table with elegant leather chairs, and the fully equipped kitchen has a convenient breakfast bar and gorgeous stone countertops.

The three bedrooms at 21 Highlands Lane each have en-suite bathrooms and TVs. For the grown-ups, there are two bedrooms with king beds, and for the kids, there’s one bedroom with two bunkbeds and a PlayStation 2. The two master suites have restful cream-colored walls and paisley bedding, while in the kids’ room, plaid is a more playful touch.

It’s easy to ski in and out of the villa, especially with the Highlands Lift 2 just 250 feet from your doorstep. Centennial Express Lift 6, Strawberry Park Express Lift 12, and Buckaroo Express Gondola 1 are all just under 1 mile away. In the evenings, head to Beaver Creek Village, a half-mile away, or Vail, 13 miles away. If you’re flying to the area, choose between Eagle County Regional Airport, 29 miles away, and Aspen-Pitkin County Airport, 92 miles away. In the summer, it’s a half-mile from the villa to Beaver Creek Golf Club, 1 mile to Beaver Lake Trail, and about 5.5 miles to Eagle Vail Golf Club.
