Just 175 yards from the free in town bus stop makes it easy to get to and from the slopes and Vail Village when staying in this beautiful mountain property!

This spacious single-family home boasts numerous large outdoor decks and gathering spaces, including a formal outdoor dining table for 10, gas grill, propane heaters, and an outdoor hot tub adjacent to an alpine creek. The main level of the residence boasts an open floor plan with a chef’s kitchen, breakfast island, formal dining area for 8, great room with gas fireplace, powder room, and a main floor laundry room. Flat screen televisions compliment every room and a game room with Super Chexx bubble hockey arcade game can be found on the lower level. An oversized 3-car heated garage comes with ample equipment storage space and custom built-in boot dryers.

The upper floor of the residence is where you’ll find the master suite with king bed and two additional guest bedrooms, a queen bedroom and a twin bed plus double bed in the third guest bedroom with a shared full bath. Downstairs is the jr. master bedroom with king bed, a guest room with two twin beds and a large family room with wet bar, flat screen tv and access to the second laundry room.

Lastly, on the lower level is a lock-off that includes a full kitchen, living/game room, large flat screen tv, dining table for 6, bedroom with queen bed, en suite bath and a separate entry/exit way.

In addition, we provide all of our guests with complimentary access to the Vail Athletic Club located in Vail Village where you can use the workout facility, attend yoga classes, hot tub, and more.
