Rocky Road Residence is a beautiful 4 bedroom home located directly on the Marmot ski run. This home is over 6000 square feet and sleeps up to 12 guests. The main entrance frames the spacious great room which flows to the billiards room, dining room, and kitchen, all open to each other. There is a powder room conveniently located near the main entrance.

The living area provides stunning mountain views from the massive wall of windows. An entire wall of the great room houses the massive rock fireplace. Outside of the great room is a large deck with a hot tub and grill overlooking the San Sophia Range. Stainless steel counter tops in the kitchen will make the gourmet in the group smiling the entire trip! On the main level is also the king grand master with his and her bathrooms, a steam shower, and a soaking tub. The master also has a beautiful fire place.

On the upper level of the home is an additional queen guest suite. The en suite bathroom has a steam shower, as do all the bathrooms. On this level there is an office with a day bed to get away from it all, and have a quiet read.

On the lower level of the home there are two more guest suites. Each suite is a mirror of the other, and each has two queens and an en suite bathroom with steam showers. This level also has a workout room that rivals any gym. It has all the equipment you will need to keep in shape while you are here! The lower level is where guests can access the Marmot ski run from the ski room via a heated walkway to the ski run, and a slight uphill walk back to the ski room. Pretty easy!
