The private, 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom estate sits on a corner lot and includes a main house, casita, nanny’s quarters, secured main entrance, and the largest residential lap pool in the desert. Fully air conditioned, the home has wireless internet throughout, a state-of-the-art theatre, sauna, private office, and an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space overlooking the pool area.

The main building has 4 bedrooms and the stand-alone Casita offers 1 bedroom,2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with a daybed. The Nanny’s Quarters has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, and is connected to the garage with it’s own entrance and mini-fridge.

Enjoy the view of the pool from the outdoor seating area, which features a BBQ area, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and air misters. The swimming area consists of a children’s pool, hot tub, and 26-metre lap pool for those serious swimmers.
