Breathtaking Beachfront Beauty makes the most of its setting with three levels of outdoor living spaces for lounging and entertaining. On the lowest level is a lounge area, hot tub and an infinity pool that seems to be part of the ocean when the tide is high. The entertaining area, one level up, features expansive al-fresco sitting and dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue and a fireplace that invites you to linger into the night. Take the elevator up to the top-level balcony for some stargazing from the lounge area there. The indoor amenities are equally impressive and include a private exercise room and a home theater.

With interior design by Waldo Fernandez, the beachy details such as cedar shingles and beadboard ceilings are paired with mod furnishings for an eclectic, welcoming vibe inside Breathtaking Beachfront Beauty. A fold-back glass wall lets you open the villa’s great room to the deck for a seamless indoor-outdoor living area, while a sitting area with pops of a purple ikat print and a pedestal dining table make for inviting places to read, nap or catch up. Custom finishes, gourmet appliances and a breakfast bar make the fully equipped kitchen, at the rear of the great room, both stylish and functional.

Take a honeymoon from the everyday in one of the villa’s five bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms. The master suite, which opens to the top-floor balcony, has a California king bed, a cozy fireplace and a spa-worthy jetted tub. There are two other bedrooms with California king beds, and two bedrooms with queen beds. The office can also be converted into a sixth bedroom upon request and it has an ensuite bathroom with shower/bathtub combo.

Though the villa is ideally located right on Broad Beach, it’s also less than 5 miles from four other beaches and about 11 miles from Malibu Pier, if you’d like to explore the sea caves, surfing conditions and variety of beach food stands along this stretch of coast. Guests looking to ride without waves can head to the Malibu Riding and Tennis Club, and golfers won’t want to miss the dramatic scenery of the nearby Perenchio Golf Course.
