In the evening, take a stroll down the street for dinner, and enjoy an ice cream cone next door from Bud's Ice Cream Shop. If dining at home is your preference, barbecue with your party on the deck in the beautifully landscaped, large fenced yard. Inside, the main floor living area boasts a cozy wood-burning fireplace (with a gas starter). The generously sized kitchen with granite counters, gas stove and microwave will delight any culinary enthusiast. Upstairs are four bedrooms, each with its own television, plus three full bathrooms. Tahoe Vista Manor is perfectly situated between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, allowing for convenient access to both areas for endless, year-round fun.

Please Be Advised: Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Make sure the chains are the proper size for your tires and are in working order
