The great room and dining areas open to outdoor living and dining areas, and to the private infinity edged pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped and features an eat-at bar. There are also laundry facilities, a guest powder room, and a garage for one car plus the complimentary golf cart. Villa Vallarta is fully air conditioned and provides satellite TV in the great room and each bedroom, CD and DVD players, as well as high speed Wi-Fi access.

This two level villa hosts four bedroom suites. All bedroom suites boast en-suite bathrooms. Two host king sized beds, one a queen sized bed, and the fourth, two double beds. Three suites open to terraces or balconies. The expansive master bedroom opens to a private garden terrace fronting the jacuzzi, and has a separate living area. The master bathroom features both a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower, as well as an outdoor shower.
