Villa Xpu-Ha is a commanding 15,000 ft² Mexico vacation villa completely secluded on a private 42 acre Mexican paradise in the Mayan Riviera. The villa is directly located on the golden sands of one of the top three beaches in the Mayan Riviera, Xpu-Ha beach, and offers its guests some of the most astounding views of the pristine Caribbean sea. This property is located on the exotic Yucatan Peninsula, just 15 minutes from the fashionable town of Playa del Carmen, which can be accessed by a private road leading through the lush green landscaping. The backyard paradise is filled with lush gardens leading to the private path to the beach, An ample outdoor living area outside the main house and another in the pool pavilion along with covered al-frecso dining for up to 20 in the pool palapa, indoor dining in the main house, and outdoor dining on the main terrace assure guests of ample gathering areas. The swimming pool boasts shallow, wide steps at one end for children. The pool palapa/pavilion hosts a bar, as does the beach palapa, both with bartender and wait staff.

This Mexico vacation home was designed by the well known 'beach architect' Gabriel Nunez and is furnished with built-in furnishings, accented with exotic woods directly from the Yucatan and Chiapas jungles, local art and relics from the sea. Villa Xpu-Ha's interiors have a modern Mexican decor and bold color schemes for contrast in the white-on-white rooms. Guests enter via the indoor/outdoor foyer with views through the indoor living areas, across the terrace and gardens, out to the Caribbean. There are five air conditioned bedrooms suites in the main house, each with en-suite bathroom, and with seating areas. An additional suite, without ocean views, is available for staff, teens or additional guests.

The adjacent guesthouse boasts another three bedroom suites. One of these is the children's room, with ample seating, games, a large flat-screen TV and three twin beds in the loft bedroom area.Villa Xpu-Ha's dedicated and well-trained staff is available to make each guest's Mexico vacation just a little bit easier. The staff includes maids who clean the villa daily, a laundress, a cook, gardener, waiter and bartender. Guests may choose to stay at the villa and relax at the pool, or walk to the beach for a spectacular day in the sun. Just a 15 minute drive away, guests will find an array of activities including golf, tennis, water sports, cultural tours, and fishing. The instructor and masseur/masseuse can stay as long as you require.
