The villa itself represents a modern take on Mexican colonial architecture. A grand palapa, red tile roofs and wood pergolas, combine with classic Mexican elements including a Talavera tile-clad kitchen, rooms with vaulted brick ceilings, hand blown glass pieces by Ernesto Cruz, and walls adorned with artwork by Sergio Bustamante and Joan Miro.
