With its generous 13,000 square foot floor plan and six spacious bedrooms, Casa Familia comfortably accommodates up to 18 adults. The four luxurious master bedrooms feature king-size beds, expansive ocean views, private baths, individual climate control systems, refrigerators, personal safes, and satellite televisions with DVD players. In addition, there are two bunk rooms with private baths, each easily sleeping up to six individuals.

Water purification, telephone/intercom, Wi-Fi, and state-of-the-art sound systems span the entire villa. The media/game room has a big screen television, poker table, and games. Additional features include an office/exercise room with a desktop computer, internet telephone, and a suite of work out equipment, including an elliptical machine, two stationary bikes, and free weights.

Stepping outside, the beautifully maintained yard offers a pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean, as well as a basketball court with two nets.

Casa Familia is located on a bluff twenty feet directly above the beach -- a perfect combination of privacy, magnificent views, and immediate beach access. The expansive and wide white sand beach is great for walking, running, shelling, and exploring. The ocean is very swimmable with manageable currents and waves and is fantastic for boogie boarding directly in front of the house. There are great tide pools to discover or paddle out to one of Punta Mita's best surfing spots, La Lancha.

Your every need is met from morning until night… from airport transportation, laundry, grocery shopping, we will arrange and reserve activities. Our dedicated, extremely helpful and friendly staff is comprised of two full time chefs, two full time housekeepers, a concierge and a house manager (located just minutes away). Two of our staff members are fluent in English.

Casa Familia has a choice of three separate dining areas, each with a distinct character. The expansive chef's kitchen, which is fully equipped with the best appliances, an outdoor grill with a pizza oven, and an outdoor bar with seating.

Meals from many different cuisines are beautifully prepared and served in generous portions. From Authentic Mexican or Italian, to sushi, grilled fish, steak, shrimp or pizza, along with any margarita you can imagine. Fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice are waiting for you every morning.

Oceanfront Golf

Golf enthusiasts have two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses to choose from, Punta Mita Bahia and the newest, Punta Mita Pacifico. Test your putting technique on the Bahia Golf Course, with its undulating fairways and greens. Pacifico Golf Course offers stunning panoramic views of the Pacific. The Punta Mita peninsula’s tropical landscape of palms and flowering trees adds to the pleasure of playing this golf course, which is at once challenging for experienced golfers and friendly for beginners.

Terrific Tennis

Punta Mita is currently home to eight tennis courts, two of which are lighted for evening play. The Tennis Club also has a pro shop, towel bar and offers professional instruction..

Scuba Diving and Snorkeling

Los Arcos, considered one of Mexico's premier diving spots, is an eco-reserve along the coast of Banderas Bay. Combining excellent diving with an extraordinary beach, Las Caletas is a preferred locale. One of Mexico's most notable diving areas, the Marietas Island Marine Reserve is just off the northern coast of Bahia de Banderas.

Sailing and Windsurfing

An excellent way to experience the grandeur of the ocean and the shoreline. Day trips introduce you to humpback whales, dolphins, sea turtles and rays, while sunset cruises showcase the fiery sky and the twinkling lights of Puerto Vallarta. Or enjoy a great sense of freedom as your windsurfer skims across the water.

Sport Fishing

Sport Fishing enthusiasts try their luck at catching Blue, Striped and Black Marlin, Dorado, Amberjack, Sailfish, Wahoo, and many others in the waters off Punta Mita. Whether in Banderas Bay or the Pacific Ocean, the action awaits from the deck of a luxurious sportfishing boat.

Whale Watching

Jeep Safari

Guests travel through the Mexican outback of the Sierra Madre Mountains in a specially designed Mercedes Benz SUV. You'll venture through mountain streams and rugged terrain to "discover" forgotten villages and stand awestruck at the rainforest's phenomenal floral and fuana. Your journey also includes a visit to a secluded coastline, where you'll enjoy a delightful lunch.
