Kasiiya means "find your pace" in Swahili and the Kasiiya experience focuses on mind and body wellness – guests can wake up to private yoga or movement sessions set to the song of the magpie-jay, embark on a wellness discovery with our in-house healer.

With a total area of 123 acres, Kasiiya Papagayo features just 5 sumptuous suites. Eco-friendly villas are fully equipped and feature private gardens, beach or tropical forest views and daybeds. All suites feature fans, air-conditioning, eco minibar, a small library, and Wi-Fi.

The cooking team serves creative fresh local and international menus sourced by local farms, and uses organic ingredients in 90% of the dishes in our two restaurants. Experience dining in settings as memorable as the cuisine.

The restaurants offer a peaceful and natural environment to enjoy a relaxing sunrise breakfast, delicious lunch by the beach or a romantic sunset dinner. The gourmet and varied dishes cater to all requirements.

All the experiences have the same goal - to help the guests connect to nature in their own way, to allow a personalized unique experience. One of the best snorkeling spots on the coast is directly in front of the five beachfront suites, and whales can be seen from October to February.

The existing ecosystem features three types of monkeys, and spectacular bird life that can be enjoyed from platforms throughout the property.

A unique fitness platform amongst the jungle enjoys an expansive ocean view and is ideal for yoga and immersing into nature. On-site guides are on hand to organize tailored jungle tours, kayak tours, and special night ventures to follow the turtles first steps towards the sea. Other activities include stand-up paddle boarding, and excursions for tree-climbing, trekking, and zip-lining.

The Spa - Spa treatments will take place amid the jungle and incorporate local volcanic stones, oils and mud. The on-site healer will help guests "pause", and enhance the sense of connection to nature through local techniques and rituals.

Note: Hair dryers are not allowed at Kasiiya property due to our ecological solar electricity system.

Kasiiya is located in Papagayo, Guanacaste, in the North West coast of Costa Rica, bordering the Pacific, a province well known for its warm seas, beautiful beaches and breathtaking scenery. The climate provides consistent heat all year round resulting in luxuriant, unspoiled tropical forests. Kasiiya is just 45 minutes from the Liberia international airport with direct flights to the USA and some major cities in Europe.
