If privacy is your need, retire to any one of five large bedrooms surrounding the verdant jungle courtyard. This number includes two full master suites, one upstairs with two private balconies, and one downstairs with its own balcony and private outdoor shower. Large windows throughout the home capture views of the surrounding forest and the adjacent par 71, Robert Trent Jones golf course.

The home is well insulated and air-conditioned when you want to beat the heat, but large bi-fold doors join the indoor and outdoor living spaces when the sun drops and the cool of the evening sets in. Let those evenings be the canvas upon which you paint your memories as you share meals with family in the uniquely Costa Rican dining room with seating for twelve. Cleanup is minimal, as Casa Breeze provides daily maid and gardening

services. The home is also equipped with Wifi and a security system with perimeter cameras. In addition, the entire Reserva Conchal community is protected by its in-house security team. As a guest of Casa Breeze, you have full access to the Conchal beach club which is only a 60-second golf cart ride from your home. The golf cart is provided at no charge to guests, while the beach club includes the Spa, fitness center, business area, bar, two restaurants, swimming pool and the pristine white sands and warm waters of Playa Conchal. At the beach, guests have free use of stand up paddle boards and kayaks. Guests of Casa Breeze also have full access to the network of hiking and biking trails criss-crossing Reserva Conchal.

Enjoy hiking the peaceful forest trails replete with tropical birds, howler monkeys, coatamundis and iguanas. Reserva Conchal also boasts an outdoor tennis center with three well-maintained courts complete with night lighting. While staying in Reserva Conchal, you also have access to eight restaurants and two bars affiliated with the Westin Hotel, keeping in mind that reservations must be made, and priority is given to guests of the hotel. For the more adventurous, the Westin Pool is also available but the hotel does charge a fee for all day access to the pool including all you can eat and drink. The soon-to-be-completed W Hotel will add another beach club, swimming pool, bar, and two restaurants to the Reserva Conchal experience.
