Podernovo farmhouse is the oldest on the Agriturismo San Fabiano country estate, dating back to 1750. Beautifully restored, it has every amenity. Apart from the owner's apartment, it offers 4 self-catering suites and an independent villa called Le Tortore; all of them with air conditioning. The converted stable offers a special atmosphere around the fireplace for family get-togethers or cooking lessons, and for music (HI-FI, Organ, Grand Piano).

The Agriturismo San Fabiano estate of Count Fiorentini is located in the Val d'Arbia, 12 km south of Siena. You are welcomed with familiarity and kindness, Fiorentini family will be at your disposal to try to meet all your needs, giving you the best advice for visiting the area.

Podernovo farmhouse is the oldest on the Agriturismo San Fabiano country estate, dating back to 1750.  Beautifully restored, it has every amenity.   Apart from the owner's apartment, it offers 4 self-catering suites and an independent villa called Le Tortore; all of them with air conditioning.   The converted stable offers a special atmosphere around the fireplace for family get-togethers or cooking lessons, and for music (HI-FI, Organ, Grand Piano). Under the roofed area, you can prepare fantastic barbeques or just relax. From April to October you can refresh yourself in the solar heated pool.

The farm offers all of the areas where guests can make activities or simply relax with a good bottle of Chianti. There is a very large room with a fireplace where you can eat, do cooking classes, listening to good music. Outside un'ombreggiato pergola with barbecue and a relaxing swimming pool to cool off and get some sun.

We can also rent the entire villa with all suites and common areas for groups who want the exclusivity of the whole structure while taking advantage of all common areas.
