Entering the doors of Villa Tomir there is an impressive reception hall with open staircase leading to the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. Double doors from the hall lead through to the large living / dining area with wonderful views of the gardens and pool. There are comfortable sofas and TV / DVD / Wi-Fi and a useable chimney for colder evenings.

There is a dining area both inside and on the covered terrace ideal for family meals together. Sliding doors from the dining area lead through to the kitchen which is very modern and has all of the facilities clients could possible need. Two fridge freezers, ceramic hob and electric oven, vapor oven, integrated coffee machine and microwave. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

A split staircase gives access to the upper floor in the reception hall. To the right there is a seating area with a sofa bed which can accommodate one extra guest. The master bedroom is very large and has impressive views from the private terrace. Beautifully designed, this master bedroom leads to a linked bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, double sinks and access to the terrace. The third bedroom shares this bathroom. To the left of the main staircase there is access to the third and fourth bedroom, one twin and one double bedroom. There is also a bathroom here with bathtub with shower.

The exteriors of the property are very well maintained with many grassed areas, plants and flowers giving colour to this vibrant garden. The mountain backdrop is truly stunning, there are 360 degree views of the mountains which surround this valley. The swimming pool is a large 10 metres by 5 metres, this is a salt water pool and the owners have installed lighting to the pool making the view of the pool attractive and inviting in the evening. There is an option pool fence which can be used to close off the pool for guests with small children.

Villa Tomir is an exclusive property in the heart of the Tramuntana mountain range, protected by UNESCO world heritage. The villa is modern and offers all of the conveniences of a property of this standard. The exteriors are very attractive and the views perfection.
