Villa Salou is an impressive 6 bedroom property located within easy reach of Alcudia’s old town and Puerto Alcudia. Due to its elevated position, the villa offers dramatic sea views. This property is stylishly decorated and is very spacious. There are covered terraces for al fresco dining and a large salt water private swimming pool.

Electric gates lead to a sweeping private drive. There is ample parking here at the rear of the property. The doors to the villa open into the bright reception hall, here there are direct views to the terraces and pool area. A door leads off into the lounge and from the hall you also have access to a ground floor twin bedroom and separate bathroom. Stairs from the reception hall also lead up to the upper floor.

There is a master suite with double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing area and sofa bed. On this floor there are a further three twin bedrooms, two of which have access to the upper terrace which looks out over the pool and grounds. They share a shower room.

On the far side of the lounge is a second hallway, with stairs up to a unique hall leading to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

On the ground floor the living area is modern and very spacious. There is comfortable seating throughout the lounge, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and CD player. The well designed kitchen is open plan and is fully equipped as you would expect for a villa of this standard. Steps lead down to a basement which is home to the laundry area.

Villa Salou has a beautiful outdoor area with a large covered terrace with dining table for group dining. A brick built barbecue has been added which is an essential for villa holidays. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, ideal for lazing in the sun and using the large, inviting private swimming pool.
