Oronella is a beautiful well appointed villa in the Gotmar area of Puerto Pollensa. Set high on the hill overlooking the bay of Pollensa, this property has been designed to offer magnificent views from every window. The building is set on three levels, the main entrance to the property is at street level where private off street parking is also offered. The entrance is a reception area with stairs which lead down to the main living area where there is a second reception area and entrance door. On this level you will find a well equipped kitchen with large windows looking out to the bay. The kitchen has electric oven and hob, double fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc.

The spacious living room offers large comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD and Wifi access. There is also a dining table with seating from 4 people here too. The whole open plan area looks out through large patio doors to a covered furnished terrace. The ideal place to take breakfast or evening drinks while enjoying the views.

There is also a double en-suite bedroom on this floor with private terrace. There is also a separate toilet in the reception area.

On the lower floor, accessed by stairs, there are three twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. There is a full family bathroom and a cloakroom too. This level has a large living area with sofas and TV, a separate dining-living area, again with sofas and TV and a fully equipped kitchen. This second kitchen has oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all of the kitchen utensils you will needs.

There is access to a large lower terrace with outdoor dining table for 8 people and a brick built barbecue. The swimming pool is an amazing 20 metres by 3.5 metres and there are sun beds here for all guests to relax while taking a dip in the pool. Gates lead down to the gardens where there is an abundance of foliage. The gardens lead down to a gate where you can exit and only be a 5 minute walk away from the beach.
