The villa has 600 m2 built on 2 levels, with a total of 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and several living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, garden, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Air conditioning, Fiber Optic (100Mbps) internet, Wi-Fi all around, safes, alarm system with cameras, stereo systems, DVD/VHS and 6 TVs with TDT and satellite connection.

The upper floor consists of an entrance with a guest toilet, which leads into 2 large and illuminated living rooms. One of them has a well equipped kitchen, a large dining room and access to a large terrace with spectacular 180-degree views. The other living room has a breakfast bar, fireplace and access to a terrace with sea view, sauna and an outdoor shower. Each of the living rooms lead to a different bedroom. A master suite with a king size bed, bathroom with tub and shower, sea views and direct access to the pool. The other bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom.

The pool area features a beautiful garden and spectacular panoramic views of the sea and Formentera, several chillouts with shadow areas, outdoor dining for over 25 guests, a large pool of 10 x 5 meters with saline chlorination system (does not use chlorine -beneficial for eyes, skin and hair) and jacuzzi for 8 people.

The villa counts with 2 full-time service personnel, who reside in a separate section from the rest. They perform housekeeping, maintenance and security; are trusted and well qualified, speak fluent Spanish and English.
