House Nº 2 has 3 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. House Nº 3 has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a self contained kitchen/diner for up to 4 people. All houses have access to the terrace, swimming pool, 12m x 8m, and amazing views. There is an expansive lawned area and well cared for garden with palm, olive and almond trees which surround the property. Also there is a table tennis. This is an ideal retreat for friends and family to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.

There are three Casitas (houses) The 1st House – 1 double bedroom (bed 1.90 x 2.10m) air-con with en-suite bathroom bath and shower cubicle. Spacious walk-in wardrobe for his/hers. Views to the sea (from the bedroom) Spacious kitchen lounge/dining area for up to 12 people. Electric oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The 2nd House – From the terrace you walk into the lounge with sofas access to terrace which leads to an outside terrace area with sofas and panoramic sea views. 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms.

The 3rd House – On entering the house is a lounge and a kitchen/diner for up to 4 people. Is equipped with double bedroom (bed 1.90 x 2.00m) with en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks and a bath (shower head), access to terrace (air-con), then a double bedroom (bed 1.60 x 2.00m) (air-con) en-suite bathroom, 2 sinks and 1 shower. Access to terrace.

Swimming pool size – 12 x 8m Depth 0.90 x 2.20m. Plunge pool. Outside shower. Built in barbecue. Sun loungers – 12, Bar with fridge, 1 Parasol. Extensive Lawned garden. Almond, olive, palm trees surround the property giving it a tropical, relaxed feel.
