Still in the entrance hall are the stairs that lead to the lower level of the Villa, where is located another living room with TV, garage, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. The open kitchen is fully equipped and is combined with a breakfast area from where you can access the outdoor dining area with gas BBQ.
