Beautiful four bedroom villa with pool terrace adjoining the golf course (San Lorenzo – fairway hole nº1).The accommodation includes entrance hall, indoor patio, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen leading to the dining room, laundry room and spacious living area with separate TV room with sofa bed. Both dining and living room have access, through large sliding doors, to the pool terrace.

Outside next to the kitchen is the charcoal barbecue.On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, all with e-suite bathrooms.On the 1st Floor you will find a spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and leading to a sun terrace with stunning views onto the golf course and pool. The guest bedroom has views onto the front of the villa and has en-suite bathroom.
