The pool pavilion with its sensational views to the beach provides a covered dining area comfortably seating 10 and has a flat screen TV and gas fire for those who wish to avail of either. The BBQ entertainment area is discreetly positioned to the rear of this pavilion.

The formal reception rooms mentioned earlier are only two of the five available living spaces in the property. A separate ground floor TV room complete with flat screen television is a perfect escape for adults or children. The house has a full sky sport and UK news package in all rooms. The lower ground floor entertainment room is fully equipped with Blue Ray DVD player, WII, Play Station and again a full sky package.Also on the downstairs level is the fifth bedroom, slightly less good that the other bedrooms but still of high quality, with its en suite shower room.The house is equipped with an exceptionally high spec music and entertainment system including an I-pod doc for personal music choices.
