A very attractive and well-kept fully air conditioned villa in large grounds in the prestigious Parque Atlantico. The villa is surrounded by well maintained lawns and bushes and overlooks the golf course where you can sit on the rear terraces and enjoy the beautiful Algarve sun. The swimming pool measures approximately 10m x 6m and can be heated upon request at an additional cost. There is also a BBQ on the pool terrace.

The entrance hall gives access to a guest cloakroom, the kitchen, the lounge and dining room and to the ground floor and first floor accommodation. The open plan living/dining room is spacious and comfortable. The living area has a fireplace and also a flat screen TV with a multichannel cable TV system and a DVD player. Sliding doors from the kitchen, dining and living room lead to the pool terrace. Three of the the bedrooms are on the ground floor. One is a double bedroom and the other two are twin bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms and patio doors to the side garden of the villa. On the first floor you will find the large master en-suite double bedroom, with a dressing area and a private terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast table, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and fridge/freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Located in one of the most sought after areas of Quinta do Lago, the Parque Atlântico. It is about a 10 minutes walk from the beach and has pleasant views over the first green of the Sao Lorenzo golf course.
